THE CIRCLE: One or both hands make the cirle, by enclosing your thumb and index finger, while your remaining fingers extend
outward away from the circle. The circle must ALWAYS face outward and placed no higher than the sternum of the person delivering
the circle. There is no limitation on how low the circle is placed. OBJECT: To successfully lure a potential
opponent into looking DIRECTLY** at your circle. This may be accomplished by a variety of different legal moves.
LEGAL MOVES:* A circle is to be made prior to anyone observing it. If it is not, it therefore becomes a null and void
circle, and the player must retry at a different time. * At no time will a circle be "dropped on"
or placed into direct line of sight of another player. For example: If someone is already looking down at the floor, a circle
can not be dropped in front of the eyes of that player for it to count. * Other objects or props may be
used into luring an opponent, but the circle must plainly be visable at all times. * At no time will the
circle have an object extending through it. A circle may be placed flat on a table for instance, but will not have a pencil
or any object that clearly passes through the circle. COUNTER MOVES: A circle may be counter acted by simply
penetrating or "breaking" the circle. However, the ONLY way to break the circle is with your finger. No other object
is permitted. This move, if successful, counters the circle and relinquishes the player from looking at the circle. The grabbing
of the finger during the counter move is extraneous and a poor display of sportsmanship. WINNING THE GAME: The
circle game is a "life long" game, and there is no absolute winner. However, after you successfully lure an oppenent
into looking at your circle, you are entitled to striking that person in the upper arm. If a circle is successfully broken,
then the person who broke the circle is entitled to striking the person whom delivered the circle. There is no limitation
on how light or severe the striking will be. That is to be determined on a case by case basis, and needs not be uniform. A
player may lightly tap another player, or try to punch a hole through the arm of another player. ** Periphral
viewing of a circle is not considered directly viewing. A circle must have the undivided attention of the person looking.
also, if a circle is seen.... the person showing the circle has just 5 seconds to apply a punch. These rules
made and supplied by Drew Van Amburg, any submissions for change or enhancement, must be approved by Drew and/or the management.
